Elbow

Elbow is a large structure comprising of three main parts; humerus (upper arm bone), ulna (inner bone of forearm) and radius (outer bone of forearm). The ulna and radius together allow the rotatory movement of the forearm. The main function of elbow is to provide a hinged movement to the arms i.e. forward and backward. This complex structure is permitted a 180-degree swing in one direction. The major muscles and tendons meet at the elbow. As one of the major joint of human body is in elbow, it can easily get under stress and have chances to get injuries regarding the stress. The disorders caused to elbow are;
